Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your trip.
Confirmation: Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed, and you’ll receive a travel confirmation and receipt.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund, but date changes may be possible subject to availability
